The Movie-STAR database is used to illustrate the customizable web interface of STAR, Cuadra's acclaimed knowledge management system.
Movie-STAR contains a history of the Academy Awards® given by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences from 1927 to the present. It covers 7,776 Oscar nominations and 1,562 Oscar awards in major categories for 3,207 motion pictures and 5,172 individuals.
Movie-STAR includes the 2010 Oscar awards announced on February 27, 2011.
