To use STARFISH, you need the following:

• A Tech Support ID and password issued by Cuadra Associates Customer Services.
• Access to the Internet.
• A Web browser, which must support JavaScript and have JavaScript enabled. Supported Web browsers include Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or later, Firefox, Safari, and Opera 9 or later.
• Disk space for downloaded files.
• Acrobat Reader, from Adobe, which can be obtained free at: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep
• For installing downloaded Unix files: starinstall version 3.7 or later. Unix users who don't already have starinstall version 3.7 can download it from STARFISH to get started.
• For installing downloaded PC files: an "unzip" utility, such as WinZip or Stuffit, to extract the files from a PC "zip" archive.
