"Help-desk" support is available from 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Eastern time on weekdays, except for federal holidays.
Cuadra offers training services for both new and experienced STAR users—onsite, at CA offices, or over the Internet, through web-based conferencing. It also offers periodic "STAR Previews and Spotlight Sessions" at no charge to introduce customers to new STAR releases, new features or new applications, as well as innovative uses of STAR by customers.
